Refund Policy

*Due to upfront costs towards shirts, medals, porta potties, insurance, permits, staffing, marketing, and so much more, we cannot allow refunds. 

*The percentage of cherry blossoms is not guaranteed for this event at UW. Nature's timing for peak bloom is beyond our control and so we do not allow refunds.

If you cannot attend the event, your options are:

You can DEFER your registration to year. Login to your RunSignUp account and profile for the race select "manage registration". Then at the top horizontal menu options you should see an option to defer registration. It's your responsibility to reach out to us at support@cherryblossomrun.com to activate a deferral for a future race.

Also consider transferring your registration to a friend as a gift or to ask them to accept your transfer for payment, and once payment is made you get an automatic refund minus processing fees! 

Lastly, consider transferring into the virtual run.
